I personally wouldn't do a hood wrap just for the reason of rocks can chip it fairly easily. I went with a hood wrap on mine. I think it would look good on the citrus just for some good contrast.
I have a lot of contrast coming once it warms up here in Central PA. The contrast is all on the rear of the car though. Black neon SXT wing, trunk black out (not with the raccoon eyes) and black Rallye script in the mold of the Charger Daytona's.

I've always had a dilemma on the hood, stock or black for contrast. I don't want to over power in anyway. So I might just keep stock for now and wait for the scat pack hood in the distant future.

I'll think about the anti-roll kit, but I've been handling the past four days in a parking garage for jury duty and the stock Rallye is IMO on par with the sport suspensions I've drove in the past.

I might consider it, but I'm not sure of get the most out of the sway bars with the stock springs. Maybe someone can enlighten me?
Well while I can't say with 100% accuracy that I'm right, I would think that the sway bars would give you the most control in terms of body roll. While it is true that they all work together to accomplish the task, the most you can drop your car is 1.5". I have no doubt you will see improvement with that but I think more improvement is gained by stiffening the frame. Could be wrong though. Just my .02.

Yeah, just had to make an executive decision on the Eibachs because of the horrid PA roads. I'm not going forward with them, but I am 110% certain on the Heartthrob exhaust. I'm still on the fence with the matte black hood wrap because I love the citrus peel color too much, lol.

Thoughts/Suggestions on the hood wrap?
I remember seeing a picture of @wurfenstein's first dart. It was citrus peel with a matte black hood wrap. Here's the thread. See what you think. http://www.dodge-dart.org/forum/new...rum/new-member-introduction-site-assistance/6466-new-member-london-ontario.html

Yeah I have his thread saved in my favorites from the photo dump he did showing off his matte black hood with the citrus peel. That's where I fell in love with it, I'm just overly picky don't want to throw too much black on her and cover her up too much. The rear quarterpanels and the tail will have a majority of black so I am weighing my options right now... :)

So just an update on everything... I think I have found a way to set a part the front end without compromising the hood with a blackout or scat pack hood. Stay tuned :)

Okay, I didn't feel like starting a new thread, but I might have to with regards to my question. I am currently looking into wheels/rims, but not necessarily new tires since I don't need them yet... the specs of the wheels are the following:

Size: 17x7
Bolt Pattern: 5x110
Offset: +40
Backspacing (In): 5 5/8"

Would I need to get new tires if I got these wheels? Or would I be able to just move the tires from set to the other? Any help would be appreciated...

thanks!

You will need new tires since the stock aluminum rims are 17x7.5.
Damn it all to hell... I finally found a set of rims I really liked and of course they don't fit lol...

If you don't already have snow tires then it's a great excuse for new tires and rims. I know that's what I did.
Sad thing is I like these rims a lot more than the stock. Partially because my Dad always loved these rims, he had them on his old AMC machines. They are Cragar's and I think it would bring a lot of an "American Muscle"/Old School (I hate using that term) feel to the Dart, especially with the comparisons to the Citrus Peel and the Citron Yella from the old Dart days. Anyway here is a pic of them...

@youngsmith53

I apologize or telling you need new tires because I forgot I run a different tire on my car for winters. You should be fine on same tire, that tire should fit about 7-8.5" I believe.

Oh it's alright I am just trying to figure it all, like my signature says, I'm not a car guy by any means... my wife laughs at me when I tell her my car ideas and she's like you aren't even a gear head. I just try to cut costs down when I can and I just got my Dart in October of last year and my tires are practically brand new, so I really don't need tires just really like those rims. No reason to apologize to me, I don't take offense at all, I have 3 kids that give me enough punishment :)

Okay Folks question time... it's coming up on that time to get an extra $500 for mods to her :) and as we most do, I want to get the most bang for the buck. So, my question is which way should I go.

Option 1 - Eibach Anti-Roll Kit - $346.91 (free s/h)
Option 2 - Dodge Dart Rear Diffuser & Dodge Dart Front Chin Spoiler - $448.75 ($36.07 s/h included)

I already got my Thrush Stainless Steel Glasspack Muffler (when Summit was having that awesome sale) so the custom exhaust is getting done outside of this $500 so that is taken care of. So the big 4 of the Injen CAI, RRM Pulley, RRM Spectrum and Custom Exhaust is the most at this time we can get out of the 2.0L's.

I have a few other exterior additions I am waiting for until spring or the next couple of weekends to get on, Neon SXT spoiler and some vinyl. But I am trying to figure out which way to go, either the Sway Bars or the Diffuser/Chin Spoiler. To be perfectly honest, I'm getting tired of seeing the EZ-Lip route I went in a pinch, and I am not a big fan of the side skirts, so that is why I didn't include them.

Are the Sway Bars really going to make that much of a difference with the handling? Is the Diffuser/Chin Spoiler worth it? Thoughts/Ideas?

If I had to choose out of those id go for the diffuser/front lip unless you plan on tracking your car regularly.if it's mostly city driving you probably won't notice much in the new sways.

You could do the AmericanRacing ones (torque-thrust i think they're called); they are pretty close to that, idk if they have the size either tho. lol
