its hidden. look under dash right above where the lil led light is on a black flap. Its straight above it. Now if you want to see it and really get to it good you need to take off side cap (right next to door) and 2 screws are there. then 1 screw on the far right and left. Now gently shake down the piece of plastic (bottom dash) right under the steering wheel. The panel is one the far left. If you really need it I can post pics. Just might take a day.

 

I think he's saying its a typo in the manuals? or is he pulling the wrong fuse?

 

Yeah, I'm saying it's a typo in the manual(or a typo on the vehicle). I know I got the right fuse because it was blown and replacing it gave me power again. F30 for the in-console power was correct.
