I have a basic Dodge dart SE. I looked in the aftermarket thread and didn't see anything about increasing the acceleration.
Any help? I heard intake does it but not alot. What are your thoughts?

The main thread around the .org to help assist with the pedal lag and or acceleration on the Naturally Aspirated 2.0 engine is the following:

http://www.dodge-dart.org/forum/dodge-dart-gt/22720-pedal-lag.html

Read up through that thread and see if you have any questions afterwards. It's been a well known issue with the drive-by-wire system of the Dart, but we do what we can to minimize it as much as possible.

The more I've experienced with the pedal lag with my 2.4, the more I'm tending to believe it might be due to the TCM programming than the ECU. I'm wondering if the Madness TCM tune might help with this. I haven't been able to get the funds yet to try it myself.

Honestly get the RRM lightweight pulley. It does wonders when taking off.

As far as pedal or transmission delay i cant really comment on that since my 6MT GT doesnt have those problems modded as it is.

I know it's been a while since anyone has posted in this thread, but if someone is looking for another way of increasing their acceleration, it would be to get the GOPedal Plus module from Dart MADNESS.

Here is the link to a review showing how the GOPedal Plus can be synced to your phone so you can use and control your gas pedal's sensitivity through an app!
