The Dealer originally told me that the seat problem that I have was not covered by my extended max care warranty. They suggested I call Chrysler. I did, and they called the dealer. Chrysler agreed to participate in fixing the seat. I was asked to pay $100 toward the repair. I agreed. The dealer called several weeks later to schedule an appointment, they had located a leather repair person that they were comfortable with. They also told me at that time there would be no charge, a gratis repair! The Mfg. and the Dealer both stepped up. The seat looks like brand new, I couldn't be happier. The fact that the mfg./dlr. decided to work together and do it for free was an unexpected bonus. Once I saw the repaired seat I would have gladly paid. I have since found out that the repair would have cost between $120 and $170. It's impossible to keep the driver seat looking like new, that's why I've decided to get seat covers. Incidently, the name of the seat cover company. in Arizona, is Seat Covers Unlimited. I listed the wrong name in my prior thread. Good Luck.
