I don't understand the concept of seat covers. I get that there may be times that you want to cover the seat if you have crap on you, but why hide the car for all the times you don't? It's like meeting a beautiful woman and asking her to put a coat on. Makes sense if you are going outside and it's cold.......

The smart seems are everywhere, autozone, advance auto an even walmart :) Plenty of seats designed for air bags. I work at pizza place, lots of flour everywhere! So its not that I want to cover the seats, just protect them from my dirty-ness lol

Oh, I wasn't questioning the spelling, I was just letting my mind wander. Then I questioned my sexuality until I realized that EvilPigmie is most likely a female, as she (I think) gave her (I think) car a male name.

When I went through the manual last night I'm pretty sure it said seat covers are a no-no. The back should be fine, [especially for pets, my dogs shed like it's their job] but the driver and passenger were a big don't do it. Something about the safety restraint system, and calculating weight and loads that could be thrown out of wack. I'll see if I can find the page it's on, but I would check your manual first.

We have a 10 month old son that is in back. Seat covers would be nice! He dropped his bottle on the seat , Luckily there is scotch guard or something on the seats that caused the milk to puddle and not sink into the seats.

Why seat covers? I have a 2013 Limited with white leather. After 2 years and 56k mi. the drivers seat was stained and the color was worn off in a couple of areas. The dealer was nice enough to have it re-sprayed. It looks like brand new. I clean my Dart often but there is no way to keep the driver's seat as clean as the rest of the interior. Decided on seat covers. Found a place in Arizona. "We Have You Covered" Ordering the Neo-Sport. I will let everyone know how I make out. If anyone out there already has these covers please let me know your experience. Thanks

The Dealer originally told me that the seat problem that I have was not covered by my extended max care warranty. They suggested I call Chrysler. I did, and they called the dealer. Chrysler agreed to participate in fixing the seat. I was asked to pay $100 toward the repair. I agreed. The dealer called several weeks later to schedule an appointment, they had located a leather repair person that they were comfortable with. They also told me at that time there would be no charge, a gratis repair! The Mfg. and the Dealer both stepped up. The seat looks like brand new, I couldn't be happier. The fact that the mfg./dlr. decided to work together and do it for free was an unexpected bonus. Once I saw the repaired seat I would have gladly paid. I have since found out that the repair would have cost between $120 and $170. It's impossible to keep the driver seat looking like new, that's why I've decided to get seat covers. Incidently, the name of the seat cover company. in Arizona, is Seat Covers Unlimited. I listed the wrong name in my prior thread. Good Luck.

I just put Dodge sideless seat covers on my Dart today. They protect well, look great and help keep the side air bags from being blocked if they need to deploy. Straps were a bit hard to get attached, I have big hands and getting them under the seats to grab and pull thru was touch and go today, but once attached firmly and the head covers put in place they look like they came with the car. And at $25 a piece, a bargain!

Nice ad! I'll keep this in mind for after my seat covers start getting poor looking. Upgrades like this are worth the money in my opinion, the only thing my Dart doesn't have that I'd really like is leather seats.
