Hello I have a 2015 dodge dart. I received a code for my purge valve and purchased one off Amazon and put it on my self. Before that I had a small leak which has worsened a bit but I thought it was coming from the purge valve. I recently found out it is coming from the the upper and lower radiator hose. When I crank my car it has a rattle and shake coming from behind where the purge valve sits and sometimes my car acts like it doesn’t want to start it shuts off or I have to give it a rile to stay crunk. Is the purge valve malfunctioned? Or is the leak in the radiator hoses causing the purge valve to malfunction?

A coolant leak has nothing to do with the evap system. The purge valve only has gasoline vapor going through it's hoses. You should be using Mopar parts for the emissions system not some unknown from amazon. If you still have a code, the purge valve didn't fix it.
Replace the leaking hoses, The last thing you want is to overheat because of low coolant.
