I got the kit with the 12v plug and I thought it was harder than it sounded initially. But, once you pop out the triangles on either side of the radio/dash you can run the wires up and behind them through the panels there, pull the wires towards the back and tuck them under the cup holder/armrest console.

 

Are your wires visible at all?

 

Besides less than an inch of the black/red 12v lead nothing is visible. Um, forgot to mention once you take the interior matching triangles off there are holes you can run the wire back to the panels (next to gas pedal for driver and left foot of passenger) and then feed the wire behind the panels and ultimately along the tranny hump. The plastic pops up easy and snaps back in place just as easy.

 

Ya the fronts seem easy, but the backs are what I'm having trouble with.

 

Well you can't see my wires but I did have to run a bit out from under the plastic to get the LEDs onto the seat. No one will be able to see them unless they literally put their head under your seats looking for them.

 

Thanks @Every1sgrudge for the help. Ended up calling @drobinder for some further explanation (excited to get that phone bill :S lol) and I realized I had pulled off the little change cubbies not the 18'' long plastic panels.

Once I pulled the correct pieces off, it became fairly easy. Way, WAY more room to move. I'll take some shots tonight when it's a little darker and post them here.
