My car is puddling oil on top of the transmission. I've replaced the PCV and the vacuum pump seal and it's still a problem. Any ideas what this could be? Hard to get a good pic of where is coming from, but I'm posting what I have.

When you say pcv, do you mean just the pcv valve? That black box is an oil separator and there is an o-ring that can deteriorate. If that is what you replaced, then it could be the valve cover leaking.

Get a can or two of brake cleaner and a roll of paper towels and clean up the oil as best you can. Once it's clean, you should be better able to see the source before it's had a chance to spread everywhere.

I've cleaned at the car wash. Still hard to Identify the source. I also just remembered I bc replaced the valve cover gasket about a year ago. In another forum someone mentioned the shift power seal? Do you think that's a possibility. I'll try cleaning it again and watching it right after it's cleaned

I don't believe there is enough oil pressure in the trans case to force it through that little seal. Oil basically just sloshes around in a manual trans. There is no oil pump. At the most there might be a little seepage at the shift tower seal. You can check the oil level in the trans to be sure. The oil should be at the bottom of the fill hole on your 1.4 trans. The rubber plug for the fill hole is #1 in the pic

Clearly the oil is leaking from the bottom of your air pump.
You know that cylinder with black metal bracket on the right side of the cylinder head just above your coolant thermostat.
Its what provides your brake master cylinder with air pressure, and works off the exhaust cam.
One of your pictures is of the underside of the Air Pump, showing both it and the black bracket covered in black oil.
There is a metal oil gasket in there.

Remove the black metal bracket, remove the three torx bolts, and pull the air pump and examine or replace the gasket.

Its an oil separator. You can pick the o-rings up at O'reill's. I called the dealer and they measured one for me,but can't remember what the sizes were. I still picked up a couple sizes because they are very cheap and to make sure I had the best fit.
To replace, it's 3 bolts and some hose clamps to remove the oil seperator. Pull up the oil separator and there is a nipple which the o-ring goes on.

It's from the shift tower.
