Now its leaking and I need to replace the radiator. I have the part ordered and it will be here today and I need to know how to replace the radiator. I know how to get the front bumper off, just need the how to on the radiator. PLEASE HELP!!!!

@Jakeeroyal, while the official replacement steps are not in the "dart bible", the coolant drain/fill procedures are there - http://www.dodge-dart.org/forum/dodge-dart-maintenance/26666-dart-bible.html. When you said the raccoon hit your grill and radiator, how are you AGS fins? Are you throwing multiple codes? Anything else damaged on it other than the radiator? Just trying to cover bases before you jump in and make away of other issues you might incur.

okay makes sense.. unfortunately we don't have anyone that has access to a FSM as @un4givn85 doesn't work at his dealership anymore. I believe @DeyemeRacing has a copy of the FSM and they might be able to help out if you reach out to them in regards to the radiator removal/install guide, but other than that you might be on your own (which I hate to say because I wish we could get more FSM data out on the .org)

'sticky' for this?

It's sort of disappointing to read that the AC needs to be opened. It's R1234y not R134a and that means someday I'll have to get the special hoses and gauge manifold. Those are available on eBay now. I wonder if there will be R1234y available in a can?

Since there was front end damage that caused a radiator leak, it is very likely the AC condenser which is mounted right in front of the radiator was also damaged.
