Lots to remove to get that off. See my thread about the door locks for the first part:

23 - Body / Door - Front / MOLDING, Outer Belt / Removal

REMOVAL

1.Remove the door trim panel, (Refer to 23 - Body/Door - Front/PANEL, Door Trim/Removal) .

2.Remove the door glass (1) from the door (2), (Refer to 23 - Body/Door - Front/GLASS, Door/Removal) .

3.Remove the outside mirror, (Refer to 23 - Body/Exterior/MIRROR, Outside Rearview/Removal) .

4.Remove the rear portion of the door glass run (1).

5.Remove the three door applique (2) fasteners (3).

6.Remove the door applique (2).

7.Locate the notch (1) on the belt molding (1) inner edge B-pillar end.

8.Insert a small flat bladed tool or equivalent, into the notch (2) of the inner side of the belt molding (1).

9.Pry inboard to clear the tab on the door.

10.Continue to hold the notch inboard and using trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, gently pry up on outer belt molding, lifting the belt molding (1) upward approximately 25 mm (1 in.), it will be tight as it is raised over the door edge (3)

11.Lift the belt molding (1) upward 25 mm (1 in.).

12.Locate the notch (1) on the belt molding inner edge outside mirror end.

13.Insert a small flat bladed tool or equivalent, into the notch (2) of the inner side of the belt molding (1).

14.Pry inboard to clear the tab on the door.

15.Using trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, gently pry up on outer belt molding

16.Remove the belt molding (1) from the door (2).
