Uconnect trouble

Called dealer again today. Said the were having computer problems and would call me bAck. Hopefully they call tomorrow. I'm hopeful an update comes soon As I would like to utilize the voice command for making calls. At this point I have to say the actual number for the system to make calls hands free.

Apparently Apple is the cause of my issues. They are holding back information so uconnect cannot make an update for the .iPhone 5s. Connectivity sucks I lovey iphone and my new dart. Wish they could just get along. Lol.

Mine just suddenly stopped working and does not allow the unconnect screen to work and the radio is faint sound but cannot adjust the volume the heat or AC, as well as the window defogger. I dont know what to do, and a couple people said it may be a fuse but then why would the heat stay on or the radio work if its a fuse?
