I just replaced my battery is a 2016 2.0l sxt, and all my electical systems are telling me I need them serviced. If anyone has had an issue like this any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

When all else fails, you might need a 'hard reset' take off both battery cables from the posts, clean the terminals and posts and then touch the cable ends together anyway you can - you will lose all memory (radio stations, shift patterns ETC) and the vehicle will restart - put the negative cable on last - you just collapsed all the capacitors/memory and wiped them clean - once the vehicle restarts, drive easy and let it relearn - you will be fine
