Hi, been spinning circles trying to trouble shoot this error code, and rough idle.....
I have a 2013 Dart Sxt 2.0 This is what I started with to solve rough idle issue I installed:
Spark plugs
Ignition coils
Air filter
Throttle body coupler.
I installed a new oil pressure sensor to take care of the P0522 code, ( sprayed electrical cleaner into the connector to clean oil residue.
Disconnected battery to clear check engine light, drove around for a bit and code came back P0522 same thing. I noticed a harness on top of the motor is rubbed down by the cover. Would this be causing the issue? Any input is appreciated, and can I wrap the exposed wire with electrical tape? Nothing looks broken. Thank you. Here is a picture of it.
