I have a 2015 Dodge Dart. I bought it used and it’s been great. But I noticed the wheels on the left side are not chrome like the right side. Is this oxidation? Is there anyway to get this off? I’ve washed and scrubbed and made no progress.

Looks like a previous owner painted the wheels, realized it looks like garbage, and only did one side.
