You shouldn't drive with a misfire. Unburned fuel will destroy the cat and wash the oil off the cylinder making it even more expensive to repair. If you're sure it's a valve, pull the head and replace the valve.

Not driving it now. That's what I'm figuring we will do. The labor cost is just so high. Wow, I'm checking all options I guess

The MultiAir brick will usually set a code for a oil control or solenoid problem. If you only have a misfire code and it's a compression issue, then it could very well be a stuck or burnt valve. Only way to fix that is to pull the head.

Hi! Robert Zecca @ DICorse - FIAT 500 Abarth - Technology For The Track has some new and rebuilt heads for the 1.4 muliair turbo in stock. You can also look for replacement 1.4 on ebay - it was in a number of vehicles. Just be sure you swap the harness and sensors from old motor to replacement. Different cars with 1.4 multiar turbo has sensors in different spots. If you live in a friendly smog state and like to go fast checkout the tjet head swaps. Eliminates the multiar brick and creates classic dual overhead cam engine - the Italian and greek folks ovee seas crank 400-500 ponies out of the 1.4
