Im dealing with a 2014 Dodge Dart Gt with the 2.4 engine. The check engine light came on a couple days ago, decided to plug my Cen-Tech OBD scanner to check it out, only to get a “Link Error message,” saying It could not communicate with the car. Took it up to the Autozone, and see if they could find a code with their scanner, same result, then decided to use an Innova OBD scanner, and well the same happened with that one, none of them are able to link/communicate with the car. I’ve gone over all fuses and they all check out, inspected the port, inspected wiring there and by the ECM, and I replaced fuse F21 that’s for the OBD port that’s in the fuse box under the steering wheel, and it hasn’t resolved my issue. Are there any other fixes to try? Any relays I should swap out? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks,

All the info comes through the CAN bus. Check those wires with a multimeter and don't forget the ground..
