They want to confirm fitment and possibly color, although it only comes primered or e-coated according to the description. Keep in mind that shipping will run far more than the part costs if it's the whole hood. The $83 price makes me think it's just the air intake opening. Call them and ask.

Yeah, it's just a "trim piece", so not the whole hood. The description from MOPAR is "Trim kit for Dodge Dart Sport Appearance hood. Kits includes front and rear bezel, nuts, seal, washer and hose."
