2016 Dodge Dart SXT 2.4L 6-Speed Auto

On driver side. Could this be causing creaking (idk how to describe it?) noises when making aggressive turns?

That is the lower control arm bushing. It is not a separate part, you need to replace the lower control arm assembly.

Bushing looks fine, it also wouldn't cause a creaking noise when turning. You can test the lower control arm by looking for wheel hop: Drive slowly (5-10mph) and slam the brakes while someone is looking at the wheel, if it hops or moves back the bushing is bad.
You should look at your sway bar and links, jack up the car and pull on them.

Nah, that bushing is definitely torn. Only one of the three contact points is still intact.
