So my new head lights are some awesome funky aftermarket ones and here's my issue they sell both halogen and xenon versions I ordered a halogen versions got sent a xenon one and have broken a part lol so no returns 😅 is there a way to mount oem dart xenon ballasts and wiring without having to completely replacing the entire engine harness

In part Yes. . .
but this comes with some issues depending on what you have from factory. and not to mention that the CAN-BUS system will not recognize the halogen lights because they are pulling different voltage frequency then the HID system.

As you already know the Dart comes with Factory HID system and if you want to downgrade to Halogen lights. The harness will be totally different and you are going to have to find plugs that you can use to NOT CUT the OEM plugs.

I have factory halogen I'd be upgrading to hid I went through service manual pretty sure I can get 2 ballast with out bulbs and the wires then hook it up and sync it with alfaobd or wiitech if I'm not mistaken

Yes, the headlight connect to fuse box then the system connects to the cam bus system.

Hey do you happen to know where the yellow and red wires out if the ballast go I think there are actually 3 or does anyone have the hid diagram?

I think I figured out wiring one wire from halogen goes to high beams from each halogen connection the other wire is that specific headlights wire and the 3rd wire on the ballast to fuse box I was confused about but if they take more juice I bet it's a wire that runs directly to a 12v source or battery + now 🤔 hope I don't wire them up completely incorrectly or I might mess up my ecu....

They plug to OEM harness of the headlight.

Send images of what you are seeing.

The headlight is simple, 1 wire for high beam 1 wire for low beam 1 wire for ground and 1 wire for the shutter

Hey sorry busy few days so I'm sat down next to my car and thus is the wiring I'm looking at I have the ballast plugged into the harness from the light I'm only confused about the green connector wire that is coming off the ballast everything else is plugged in

NO ! DO NOT Splice a halogen light bulb on to the HID ballast. (It will pop at best when you power it up).
