Quick connects are part of the hose and not a separate part that you can buy. You might want to try a self serve junkyard first before running to the dealer.

 

Oh shoot my bad, I totally forgot to include a part bc I was in a rush. I have the replacement heater hose with the quick connect. I had seen that you need to replace the whole hose. I’m more struggling with how to remove the quick connect from the metal hose it connects to. I’m still pretty new to working on your own vehicle. Appreciate the help though

 

Can you post a pic of the Quick Connect on the new hose?
There are quite a few different types and your previous pic doesn't help

 

Tried to get an angle where you can see most of it. Let me know if a different angle would be better.

 

Two Tab Type Fitting

This type of quick-connect fitting (2) is equipped with tabs located on both sides of the fitting (1). These tabs are integral to the hose component. The plastic tabs will remain on the component being serviced after the quick-connect fitting is removed. The O-ring and spacer will remain in the quick-connect fitting. The plastic tab portion should be removed from the component. Special tools are not required for removal.

1.Squeeze the plastic tabs (1) against the sides of component being serviced with your fingers.

2.Remove the quick-connect fitting from the component.

I have the same problem? I think I got the hose For 2013-2016 Dodge Dart Heater Hose Mopar 61277FP 2014 2015 | eBay. This is one of the main leaks that I saw. I filled up the reservoir coolant and the next day it's all gone. The car doesn't over heat but the gauge sometimes go higher than normal. Was this it's a easy fix?

 

Also if it connect to the heater why does it leaks coolant?

 

I used a chevy quick connect with straight barb to hose. Dorman 800-411 and a hose clamp.
