I have researched your question and found the information in the 2014 Dodge Dart Owner's manual on page 600 it states Cavity F90 7.5 Amp Brown Front Fog Lamps - Right and Cavity F91 7.5 Amp Brown Front Fog Lamps - Left.

I would also strongly recommend you take a moment to read the warnings on page 593 about changing fuses.
