You probably have problem with the RFHM (radio frequency hub module) which is under he shelf above the rear seat back. You can use the real key for the driver door that is in the fob until you get the RFHM replaced. You would need the 4 digit PIN and alfaOBD if you want to do it yourself or go to the dealer.
This just happened to my daughter's car. One fob works, the other doesn't. It starts the car, just doesn't unlock the doors or remote start. $170 to replace. Looks like we are working with one key right now.
The keyfobs break over time. Some will only work for certain buttons, for example my remote start and panic alarm buttons no longer work on 1 of the keyfobs. It's just the way it is. You need a new keyfob.
