Recently replaced the Clutch disc assembly and noticed water in my ECU/ECM. Low and behold it doesn't work anymore. Got a new one (supposedly preprogrammed) and plugged it in. After about about ten minutes the fan kicks on, but the engine is off and won't start. Let it run like that for about 15 minutes. Does the new ECU/ECM need to be flashed and reprogrammed?

If you checked for codes, it would probably say VIN mismatch and possibly others. The PCM is sealed, can't imagine how it can have water in it.

Correct about it being sealed. How did you notice it had water in it? Trying to figure this out.
