Condensation drain for AC. Not coolant.

I’m loosing coolant and car is overheating. That drips constantly. Even when AC is off and car is off. Any ideas would be helpful. This car has been a complete nightmare.

The part in the picture is more at the rear of the engine underneath close where the catalytic converter meets the engine

What do you mean the heater lines can be looped? Will that stop the leak and overheating? Will the heat and ac still work?
