I have a 2014 dodge dart that shakes when I get to 60 then stops at 66 and will do it again at 70. I can hit a bump in the road in wet or dry weather and the whole back end slides it’s very dangerous I’ve tried a alignment twice, two sets of new tires, the back tires will wear out within two months. I have one new control arm, I took it for another alignment today and they said they couldn’t adjust the rear right it was froze. Do I need to put new bushings in it? If so I can only find front control arms, and only rear bushings. Im at a total lost on what to do.

Show the tech this link to make sure they are doing things correctly. Or try a different shop.
Rear control arms are available from a dealer if necessary but you can pull them from wrecked Darts at a self serve junkyard for considerably less.
