So I have a 2015 dodge dart gt 2.4 L I pulled it into the garage last night to change the battery and it just had a horrible smell of burning plastic I looked around for any exposed wires and even looked at my fuses I couldn't find anything, any advice? I've already taken it to a electrical mechanic twice cause I have problems with it dying randomly each time it does I'll have a notification come up that says to check my breaking system or my steering wheel

The random stalling may be due to low oil. The 2.4 can have oil consumption problems. Check your oil level every week.
Melting plastic smells could be melting wire insulation that you can't see under the harness covering. The PDC can be unbolted and turned over for inspection. The higher amp fuses can let wires get quite hot before popping. When you turn the PDC over, see if you can feel hotter than normal wires. Try to follow what fuse is involved.
