Currently I have the base non touch screen radio with the 4 speakers. I got for really cheap the alpine amp and all 10 speakers. It seems according to this pin out from the radio:
And these two pin outs from the amp:
I should be able to send the 4 speaker outs to the 4 inputs on the amp and run all speakers wires to the amp and then splice the 2 can bus lines into the radio can bus lines. Then using alfaobd to enable the amp.

Has anyone done this before and had success or known problems? I've searched and haven't found anything. I wanted to try it out cause I'd like to be able to use all stock speakers and amp in the factory locations and reuse the stock head unit and since I picked everything up from a junkyard for around $75 it seemed worth a try.

Just this from the back of the amp if that's what you mean? I haven't gone under the glove box yet to see what the wiring is like there but I assumed I would be running new wires for everything except the door speakers to this location and have to splice the door speakers since I don't think any of the other 6 speakers have prewires.

I got this 4 channel speaker wire from Amazon to run to the rear deck:

And this 18 gauge for the dash speakers:

It seemed the difficult part would be picking the right options in alfaobd to get the amp to turn on through the can bus and hopefully I got the speaker inputs and outputs right for the rears since the pinouts were not clear on which was which. It seemed to label all rears in and out the same but based on connector numbers and wire color I think I identified them. I also got a hi lo line converter in case the amp doesn't support hi inputs but from looking at the upgraded touch radio harness it seemed the existing touch screen was outputting hi to the amp already.

Got everything wired up this weekend and basic functionality is working and playing sound out of all 10 speakers and alfaobd can connect to the amp with can bus. Rather than tapping into the radio can bus wires I realized there's a can bus connector with multiple empty ports right under the glove box that I just got a connector from the junk yard to crimp onto the amp pigtail and plug directly into the can bus connector. The amplifier power was already sitting under the glove box and I just had to put the power cable from the pigtail into it. There is also a grounding screw right next to where the amp installs that I just had to put a ring connector on the end of the ground wire. For the speaker wiring unfortunately the driver side of the car speakers did not go to the glove box like the passenger side so I had to run 2x 4 pair speaker wire to the radio for both inputs and outputs that I had bought 10' of to run to the rear deck to keep them all wired the same and just spliced them in behind the radio. And instead of using this 4 pair wire for the rear deck I just ran 4 separate pairs back there and this was easier to tuck under the plastic trim anyways. Alfaobd recognizes the amp there and I can connect to it and for now I chose the "acoustic configuration" as "kl - premium amplified" and the "audio system type" as "base". I'll need to change this and try out the other options to see if they make any difference(if anyone knows the proper options to choose for an alpine setup then please let me know). I still need to go through all the wiring again and check the inputs/outputs and speaker connections to make sure I got the polarity right on every connection. I'll post a better pinout on the amp once I've completed testing the polarity on everything.

So to complete the full upgrade you'll basically need this from a junkyard car that came with the factory alpines:
$15 - 3x tweeters for the dash(and their connectors for easier wiring)
$32 - 4x 6x9's for the doors
$10 - 2x tweeters for the rear deck(and their connectors for easier wiring)
$8 - 1x subwoofer for the rear deck(and their connectors for easier wiring)
$25 - 1x amplifier + at least 6" of its pigtails(Its best if you can not cut the power wire and instead just remove it from its connector for reuse)
$10 - 1x rear deck cover(has the cutouts for the speakers that a base system has insulation over)
$0 - 8x metal clip screw retainers for the speakers on the rear deck
$0 - 4x metal clip screw retainers for the speakers in the dash(only if you don't already have them there, mine had them factory)
$2 - 1x can bus connector plug and wires with the black connector

And this for extra wiring:
$26 - 1x 10' 4 pair 18 gauge speaker wire
$24 - 1x 100' 18 gauge speaker wire

Hello, it is possible that you indicate or give me a diagram of the cables of this amplifier, I want to adapt it to another radio but I don't know what each cable is for, please, I would greatly appreciate it.

My car was totalled a month ago so I no longer have the amp to look at where I labeled all the wires. But this post here should help.

Actually I have links to the amp pin outs on the first post in this thread that should provide the info.
