Hey guys,

I am assuming the 6 speed has a drain plug and a fill plug? And I am also assuming you fill with fluid till it leaks out of the the fill hole?

Can anyone please show me where these two plugs are?
Manual says to change fluid every 50,000 miles if doing heavy severe driving. I don't do this nor am I at the mileage mark, but I would like to check my level.
If the fluid isn't purchased through a dealer, do aftermarket fluids need to have a friction modifier added?

Car is a 2015 2.4L 6 speed manual

Take off the driver side wheel. There is a rubber plug with a tab that you grab just above and behind the axle.
Do not add friction modifier.
