Changed my battery and alternator twice in last month and a half but the battery light came back on any ideas?

Do you have a multimeter? Check the voltage at the battery terminals, engine off and engine running. Check the voltage at the alternator stud while running . Let us know the numbers.

Where? At the battery with engine off, or engine running, or at the alternator???
You really can afford a multimeter, they are less than $10 at harbor freight. Why do you want to keep guessing or depending on AZ?

With car on and off he had it hooked up to battery it said the whole charging system was good

The light would not be on if all was good. Have you checked for fault codes?
