If you are getting a code for catalytic convertor efficiency, it could be the O2 sensors. Have you checked the online Mopar sites for price?

I replaced both 02 sensors, no luck. I haven't checked online Mopar specific but every one that I have found is not Ca compliant.

Did you use NTK O2 sensors? Darts don't like Bosch sensors.

They were bosh sensors yes sir. I will reach out to Benny, thanks for the info, I looked up online and found the cat for 990 from Mopar, i can cross my fingers and hope the sensors will do but i hate to keep putting money into it, especially with 177k on the car, the value is creeping down to where i don't even know if its worth dumping 1000 bucks into it or just selling it and letting the person know it needs a cat.

If you have a bluetooth OBD scanner and the Torque pro app, you can see a line graph of what the O2 sensors are doing as it's running. It would be awful if you replace the cat and those bosch sensors still gave you a catalyst insufficiency code. What code(s) are you getting? It's possible there is a wiring fault and not the cat.

Was it bank 1 alarm. If so, it most likely is not the cat. Could be air leak, coolant leak, vibrations. Spark Plugs. Connectors to the spark plugs. I would go through all your wiring first. Make sure no open wires

I believe so, actually last time i had a code reader on it I think it said bank 1, I will pull codes again and get the number. Thanks for the heads up, Ill check everything before buying a new cat haha.
