Well, I started on the big front end rebuild project, everything going along good, then the wheel speed sensor retaining screw snapped. The one item I didn't think would give me any issues... Anyone else have this happen, and had luck removing it? All other screws are out, now to figure out the best way to get the control arm, knuckle and strut out, and in how many pieces...

That screw was a pain, had to get my neighbor to get that out. After that, got the entire front suspension rebuilt, was actually not that bad. Took the wheel bearings out first, then the strut/knuckle/lower control arm came out all in one piece, pretty simple. Going back together, put the lower control arm in first, then put the strut/knuckle assembly in, slid right in, maybe 10 minutes tops, then put the new wheel bearings in last.
