I will once it get's warm out this Spring.
any pics yet on the 2.4? Everything I'm seeing is on the 2.0 and I want to make sure I know what I look to be getting myself into. I had one from Billet Tech on my Challenger and that was a breeze. it looks fairly easy from the before pics, but I'd love to see an after for comparison

Thanks much

I forgot to mention the direction of flow for the PCV line...... The PCV hose is the out and the hose that runs behind the TB is the in.

That sounds backwards. The line from the PCV should be the IN on the can and the line to the intake manifold should be the OUT on the can.

i took my CAI off my dart to do the grounding kit and my entire CAI tubing inside was bone dry no oil residue at all. and i know i run my car very hard i get like 20-25 mpg city, lol. so i am at a loss for words.
You wouldn't expect to see oil in the CAI. The PCV connects to the intake manifold so any oil being drawn through the PCV is introduced into the intake manifold on the engine side of the throttle body.

Hello! This is my first post here. I'm a multi-vehicle FCA owner. Previously had a 3.2L Cherokee before I picked up a New Compass 2.4L with the 6M. I missed shifting gears. It is not a Cummins, but she gets the job done.

This post brought me to this forum. I've been considering adding a catch can as this 2017 Compass is going to be in the stable as a commuter for many years to come. Thank you for all of the information that has been provided thus far. I do have one question, and that is this. Has the catch can cut down on the amount of oil you find in the engine air filter? On my '15 Trailhawk 3.2L and the girlfriend's former '15 KL Sport with the 2.4L, there was always a fair amount of oil on the air filter. Her new '18 KL Latitude 2.4L would likely receive a catch can as well. Thank you very much in advance for your time and assistance.

I think it's gonna come down to the type of driving you do. I do a ton of highway driving and have never seen oil in my filter or even burn oil like a lot of people have issues with

@Mudman1 it will be useful if it catches any oil - on all 3 darts that I have owned (still own 2 of them) it captures a significant amount an all of them.
