46.Install the CAC hose nut (1) onto the support bracket.
47.Install the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose (2) onto the intercooler (1).
48.Install the passenger side halfshaft (Refer to 03 - Differential and Driveline/Half Shaft/Installation) .
49.Install the drivers side halfshaft (Refer to 03 - Differential and Driveline/Half Shaft/Installation) .
50.Place the ground cable in position on the side of the transmission.
51.Install the bolt to hold the ground cable (1) to transaxle.
52.Engage retainer to hold the harness to the bottom of the battery tray
53.Install the bolt (1) to hold the windshield washer reservoir to the battery tray.
54.Remove the bolts (1 and 2) to hold the lower side of battery tray to body.
55.Fill the transaxle with specified type and quantity fluid (Refer to 21 - Transmission and Transfer Case/Automatic - C635 DDCT/FLUID/Standard Procedure) .
56.Install the front air dam.
57.Install the drivers side wheel house inner splash shield (Refer to 23 - Body/Exterior/SHIELD, Splash, Wheel House/Installation) .
58.Install the front wheels (Refer to 22 - Tires and Wheels/Installation) .
NOTE:
Failure to carry out the Engine Mount Neutralization procedure can result in unequal loading of the engine mounts and powertrain vibration.
59.Perform the Engine Mount Neutralization procedure (Refer to 09 - Engine/Engine Mounting/Standard Procedure) .
60.Install the belly pan (Refer to 13 - Frame and Bumpers/Under Body Protection/BELLY PAN/Installation) .
61.Install the upper battery tray bolts.
62.Install the Power Distribution Center (PDC).
63.Connect the wiring harness to the battery tray.
64.Engage the connector (2) onto the SDU (1).
65.Engage the lock (3) on SDU (1) connector (2).
66.Install the battery (Refer to 08 - Electrical/Battery System/BATTERY/Installation) .
67.Install the engine cover.
68.Adjust the shift cable. (Refer to 21 - Transmission and Transfer Case/Automatic - C635 DDCT/CABLE, Shift/Adjustments) .
69.Close the hood and road test vehicle to verify the repair.
