I’ve got a 2013 dart limited, automatic transmission. Recently sometimes when I shift into drive all the letter light up and it won’t accelerate quickly. I figured out that it’s trying to start out in 3rd gear. I can’t even get it to go into 2nd or 1st manually. Any ideas? I’m thinking TCM?

Recently my 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye had its transmission replaced. We reprogrammed the TCM but now when it drives after about a mile it revs up very high without engaging the gas pedal and the check engine light comes on and says service transmission. No one seems to know what the issue is.
