      headlight and fog light question

Hey yall im working on a plan for my dart and had some questions.

      1) should I go with led headlights or hid?
      2) should I use the original headlight assembly or go aftermarket?
      3) if I keep the original headlights I'm still wanting to put led rings, but can I even use blue rings in Tennessee?
      4) with the leds I don't want to get the error message or hyper flashing, so did all of that get set up for the best results?
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am also wanting to add grill lighting and not sure what to wire it to. Should I go with a small switch? Or should I wire it to something else?

I would say stick with factory housing for the headlights. I had a bad experience with some aftermarket lights that I had installed after getting some front end body work done. They would always say headlight high beam out even though it wasn't and had really poor light quality. After just a few months the housing was starting to melt the housing where the park lights were.

I just saw that you mentioned LED rings. Were you talking about halos? If so factory headlights are a royal pain to open up to get them installed lol.

yea i mean halos. i bet the housing is a pain to open up but im more than likely still going to try. have a guy that has a heat gun to help with that. i just have to look into what i can and cant do as far as color goes. i am going to be staying with the factory headlights tho. just trying to figure out if leds are a better choice or not because i can get some plug and play sets of hids for about 80
