Dodge Dealer Repair Ruined My Car

In October I had some issues with my 2013 dart sxt that I bought in August. Slave master cylinder was repaired... Now my car is ruined and I have no idea what to do. My car was returned to me in mid November... I started to experience loud noise clunking and shaking... It turns out they forgot to put in a bolt on my engine mount. I took it to them today and all they did was put the bolt in he didn't check anything for damage I asked for him to check the filter bc from the engine rocking the filter had been disconnecting from my engine.... He assured me they checked everything... So I get home and what do I see filter disconnected engine is loud and there is smell I'm taking it to another shop tomorrow to get a diagnostics... I've had enough of this... This car has been a nightmare first time buyer hoping not to screw my life up due to dodge... I still have payments to make and work to get to... I bought car August had problems first week of ownership in the shop a week second time in October for almost a month now again in January

Check this out in August when I had the first issue they gave me rental thru enterprise and guess what in November I was billed 150 on my debit card from enterprise bc they never paid the bill or some crap...

Trying to stay positive but things like this can really ruin your life I don't have much but I'm trying and this is just another burden

I called while I was at the dealership they said I need a diagnostics so I'm taking it to the next closest dealership... Calling today to set the appointment. Probably won't take me the same day... So I'll see what happens...

Once all of this is done I'll probably have to get some legal advise...

If it's as bad as I think I don't want a car with all type of replacement parts that I've had for less than 6 months and owe 12,000 on the car still.

i had a bad experience with my dealer too...i ended up having to get Chrysler involved. once they contacted the dealer, everything was fixed. its a damn shame that the dealers are the ones screwing it up for Dodge/Chrysler it seems. i refuse to let them touch my cars unless its absolutely necessary for warranty work.

See, I'm having a decent experience with my dealer right now. They're replacing the TCM as part of the recall, along with some other stuff detailed elsewhere. They took care of the other issues per the TSBs and whatnot, and they replaced the bracket and TCM, but then they couldn't get the TCM to accept the programming. Two techs and a service adviser were still there trying to figure it out with FCA an hour after the service department closed. At least one of them had a wedding band and probably had other places to be, but they did the best they could to get my car back to me. Finally they apologized and decided to put me in a rental, which they had already told me they would do if they couldn't get my car back to me by end of day. I mean, it's a Fiat 500, which sucks, but it's not the dealer's fault that FCA Canada requires warranty-based rentals to be FCA products and all Enterprise had that fit the bill was a pair of 500 Sports. I assume my car will be a priority to them to try to fix, since they apparently can't even start it and it's taking up a service bay.

the dealers in colorado also have the same policy, they only put customers in rental cars with a FCA badge. on the surface its a great policy for FCA, but when enterprise doesnt have a FCA product for the dealership's customers, you get to sit around and wait. not sure who to blame, the dealership for having the policy, or the enterprise for not having enough FCA rental cars on their lot.

Well, they came to pick me and another customer up with a loaded Town and Country, so I could have gotten that if I'd wanted. But it wouldn't have fit in the driveway with my wife's Grand Caravan. The 500, on the other hand, could probably fit inside the Grand Caravan... Also, in my case I think it is an FCA Canada policy, not the dealer's. I was kind of hoping they'd have a loaded 3.6L 200 on hand, though.
