2013 Dodge Dart SXT Radio not working and Odometer flashing

Turned my car on this morning and the radio will not turn on and is completely black. I took it in to a shop to get an oil change right after and while I was sitting in the car the odometer started flashing. Anyone ever have this problem??? I've heard of the Odometer flashing but is there a further cause to this?

The odometer is flashing because the car detects an issue with one of the modules. Since the radio isn’t working this is probably the module that isn’t working. First thing I would do is check to make sure the fuse for the radio isn’t blown

I took the car to my work, I work at a mechanic shop. They told me in order to get to the interior fuse box they need to take the whole dash panel out. I looked for the interior fuse box myself and couldn't find it. Is there an easier way to get to the fuse box? PLEASE HELP ME!!! I don't want to pay $45 to replace a fuse because of this!!!!!

You don't need to take the dash apart to get to the interior PDC.
