You're kidding right? I hardly think my issue would qualify as "every little issue" as its a bit more complicated than that.

Stay calm...I had purchased a 2013 Dart Rallye for my daughter (see 'ESC malfunction' thread), and Chrysler stepped up and did the right thing...they gave me the full refund, plus an additional $2000 towards purchase of a 2014 Dart GT (which, unfortunately, I am having oil loss issues with...uuughh.).
I didn't need to hire an attorney, Executive Chrysler was actually really cooperative, and my advice is to just make sure they give you a rental. Regarding the lemon law, it has to be a problem that the dealership can't resolve within 3 separate attempts (for the EXACT same issue), or if they have the car for more than 30 days.
In my case, they had the 2013 car (only 4000 miles on it) for 27 days straight...the STAR engineers that flew in had to partially dismantle the car before they found the root cause (wrong steering rack installed from factory).
When the dealer attempted to return the car, I informed them that I hadn't paid $22K for a car that is torn apart, I contacted Chrysler and opened a case file, and REFUSED to take the car back.
Point being: don't let the dealership dictate and force you into anything...and also, ignore these trolls on here trying to intimidate you.
Send me a private message if you want further information on what I did to resolve my case.... it may help you out.
If you read the ESC malfunction thread, you will see that I went through the same harassment from ignorant people also, you just have to realize that some people have nothing better to do than be an annoyance.
I just wish people could post in the correct forum for once. No, this is not a smartass reply, it would answer peoples questions a lot faster and easier by making the information easier to find.
i personally wish the OP the best of luck, and hope that you get the car back ASAP, because its a really crappy feeling for your brand new car to be at the dealer after you just committed to pay thousands of dollars. it sucks, and most of the time you feel helpless because all you can do is wait for a call back and you cant make the dealer move any faster. also very happy to hear that you are excited about owning your new dart.
i still dont think the word "lemon" should be in your title right now, but thats for mods to decide.
unfortunately, there are a few of us, aka ignorant harrasers, lol who visit these forums every day because we have a passion for our cars and we want to share our knowledge of cars with others. we see quite a few threads from people who "just bought a dart" and a they find a couple of issues and the first thing they do is jump on this forum and start a thread "the dart sucks, my car is a lemon". then, after pages and pages of rants, complaints, name calling, dealer bashing, etc, one of two things usually happens. the thread mysteriously dies and the OP vanishes like houdini and we have a troll sighting, or we find out that the dealer after some time fixes everything and the OP admits that the real issue all along was buyers remorse, usually in form of "the dart is too slow". we see it all the time and we just want the dart to get a fair shake in the eyes of the public. no car is perfect. all cars have their issues when they leave the assembly plant.
I work for Ford as a porter and today i was transporting a brand new off the line 2015 mustang strait from the factory with 2.5 miles on it and guess what?! it had a check engine light on =p i thought it was quite funny

I'm picking it up today so we'll see.
I'm normally on top of things like this, but I went to bed shortly after the Islanders game... this has now been moved

There isn't a manufacturer out there that sets out to have these things happen however it is a reality, especially when something is mass produced.
Probably a long shot to see anything produced in the hundreds of thousands or millions and not run across the percentage where a component wasn't 100%.
Although quality control is at the forefront of FCA policy, it's impossible to predict vehicle repairs and as such, the manufacturer attaches a warranty.
Based on your description, your dealer is working directly with FCA technical support, there isn't anyone out there that knows your Dart better than this group.
I know it's tough when this happens to a brand new vehicle right out of the gate but your Dart will be fixed.
Please keep us posted once your Dart is returned and be sure to post up your work order as
