You're kidding right? I hardly think my issue would qualify as "every little issue" as its a bit more complicated than that.

      Hey rat:

Stay calm...I had purchased a 2013 Dart Rallye for my daughter (see 'ESC malfunction' thread), and Chrysler stepped up and did the right thing...they gave me the full refund, plus an additional $2000 towards purchase of a 2014 Dart GT (which, unfortunately, I am having oil loss issues with...uuughh.).
I didn't need to hire an attorney, Executive Chrysler was actually really cooperative, and my advice is to just make sure they give you a rental. Regarding the lemon law, it has to be a problem that the dealership can't resolve within 3 separate attempts (for the EXACT same issue), or if they have the car for more than 30 days.
In my case, they had the 2013 car (only 4000 miles on it) for 27 days straight...the STAR engineers that flew in had to partially dismantle the car before they found the root cause (wrong steering rack installed from factory).
When the dealer attempted to return the car, I informed them that I hadn't paid $22K for a car that is torn apart, I contacted Chrysler and opened a case file, and REFUSED to take the car back.

Point being: don't let the dealership dictate and force you into anything...and also, ignore these trolls on here trying to intimidate you.

Send me a private message if you want further information on what I did to resolve my case.... it may help you out.

If you read the ESC malfunction thread, you will see that I went through the same harassment from ignorant people also, you just have to realize that some people have nothing better to do than be an annoyance.

      Good luck

I just wish people could post in the correct forum for once. No, this is not a smartass reply, it would answer peoples questions a lot faster and easier by making the information easier to find.

i personally wish the OP the best of luck, and hope that you get the car back ASAP, because its a really crappy feeling for your brand new car to be at the dealer after you just committed to pay thousands of dollars. it sucks, and most of the time you feel helpless because all you can do is wait for a call back and you cant make the dealer move any faster. also very happy to hear that you are excited about owning your new dart.

i still dont think the word "lemon" should be in your title right now, but thats for mods to decide.

unfortunately, there are a few of us, aka ignorant harrasers, lol who visit these forums every day because we have a passion for our cars and we want to share our knowledge of cars with others. we see quite a few threads from people who "just bought a dart" and a they find a couple of issues and the first thing they do is jump on this forum and start a thread "the dart sucks, my car is a lemon". then, after pages and pages of rants, complaints, name calling, dealer bashing, etc, one of two things usually happens. the thread mysteriously dies and the OP vanishes like houdini and we have a troll sighting, or we find out that the dealer after some time fixes everything and the OP admits that the real issue all along was buyers remorse, usually in form of "the dart is too slow". we see it all the time and we just want the dart to get a fair shake in the eyes of the public. no car is perfect. all cars have their issues when they leave the assembly plant.

I've seen some cars come in with less than 30 miles on them with the new owner complaining about every little thing. Most of which I can't duplicate. (I should mention I'm a technician at a Hyundai dealership) Most of the time the owners are waiting for their car to be diagnosed so I'll go to the waiting room to get a soda and chips. More then half the time I catch these new car owners confessing to others in the waiting room that they wished they never traded in their previous car that they just aren't happy. Buyers remorse!
I work for Ford as a porter and today i was transporting a brand new off the line 2015 mustang strait from the factory with 2.5 miles on it and guess what?! it had a check engine light on =p i thought it was quite funny

Well the technician did a series of reprogramming, has been driving it since Friday and it seems to be okay. When I drove it all those issues would pop up immediately so I'm thinking if it hasn't been duplicated after being driven for a few days then hopefully it's fixed. I'm picking it up today so we'll see.

      -Traction Control light goes on
-Service ABS System light is on
-Service Airbag System light is on
      -Check Engine Light is on
-Seat belt light occasionally flickers although I'm buckled.

Additionally, the vehicle had stalled on me on one occasion and wouldn't start on another.

Immediately took it to the dealer where it has been for approximately a week. Basic trouble shooting has not solved the issues. Service technicians are in contact with Chrysler engineers for daily follow up on what to do next. No ETA on when the repairs will be completed. The service tech advised it was one of the computer modules that likely went bad but of course Chrysler will not pay to repair it until they exhaust every other possible option for repair.
Reached out to the sales manager at this dealer but not surprisingly, no follow up from them. I contacted a lemon law attorney locally and she advised me that the 2013-2015 Darts are riddled with issues and she has successfully sued Chrysler for either a collateral swap or a buy-back. She requested that I send her all the relevant paperwork on the vehicle and once I return the vehicle for the same issue (she seems to be certain this will happen again) she will contact Chrysler for resolution.

Have any of you experienced these type of issues particularly on a 2015? I hoped that Dodge would have figured out all the kinks by now but I guess not.

Let them do their job and get it fixed. Getting all huffy and puffy with them isn't going to help anything. I know you're frustrated because its brand new but it could (and does) happen with every brand. Doesn't matter if its a 18,000 Dart SXT, or a 58,000 BMW. They all have issues and if you let them do their job it will get fixed.
      ratbastard,

I'm sorry to learn of the issues you're having.
There isn't a manufacturer out there that sets out to have these things happen however it is a reality, especially when something is mass produced.
Probably a long shot to see anything produced in the hundreds of thousands or millions and not run across the percentage where a component wasn't 100%.

Although quality control is at the forefront of FCA policy, it's impossible to predict vehicle repairs and as such, the manufacturer attaches a warranty.
Based on your description, your dealer is working directly with FCA technical support, there isn't anyone out there that knows your Dart better than this group.

I know it's tough when this happens to a brand new vehicle right out of the gate but your Dart will be fixed.
Please keep us posted once your Dart is returned and be sure to post up your work order as @Pretty Boy Floyd puts it best "It's helpful to the community".
      Thanks.

The service manager is updating the intake paperwork to include the airbag issue and the stalling which he did not include initially.
