Curious why you'd want twin turbo's on such a small engine, with an already small turbo.

Typically, the idea behind twin turbos is needing a large turbo for a large displacement engine, but getting a smaller turbo to do the work at low RPM while the larger one spools up.

This isn't really applicable here, where you can be at full boost before 3500 rpm
Since I've done too much to fit in this signature, check out my list of modifications here: https://i.imgur.com/8dj5UJG.png

That's a multi-stage turbo setup. Usually a twin-turbo involves two identical turbos providing the same boost, usually for separate banks of cylinders. It would be kind of nonsensical to use either setup on any Dart.

So would you recommend just getting a bigger turbo? I need a decent power boost (20-30hp) but I think the easiest way to do that would be upgrading/ adding another turbo.

Easiest way would be getting a bigger turbo and tune. Adding another turbo opens up a whole different can of worms. Hell you might get by with just a tune tbh to get that amount of power

Twin turbos on a 4 cylinder is pretty much unheard of.

On a 1.4T, the stock turbo can already make more boost than the car will use. The boost is being limited by the OEM tune. A bigger turbo probably won't improve anything, and will just take longer to provide maximum boost. I'm pretty sure a Eurocompulsion Stage 1 tune (which requires no aftermarket upgrades) will make at least 20hp.

Is that something you can do yourself or no? If so where can I get a Tuner for that and how much would it cost?

Always start with a tune. Any tuning shop should be able to tell you where you'll get the most gains.

Plus, more turbos won't do any good without changing the boost controller.
