April 16, 2015 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - For enthusiasts ready to buy and for those who just want to dream, the Dodge brand is launching its new Dodge Viper GTC Customizer, available at 2015 Dodge Viper GTC 1 of 1 Program | driveSRT. The Viper GTC Customizer offers Viper lovers of all stripes the chance to design their personalized version of the only hand-built performance supercar.
The Dodge Viper GTC Customizer lets enthusiasts create their own virtual-reality vision of the Dodge Viper through dynamic elements that deliver a unique online design experience.
Starting inside the Design Studio of the customizer, users have more than 25 million build combinations to create their one-of-a-kind Snake from the ground up. With 8,000 exterior color options, 24,000 custom stripe colors, 11 wheel options, 16 interior trims and seven aero packages, three brake packages and four suspension options there are more than 25 million ways for buyers to customize their one-of-a-kind Dodge Viper. Users can “sit” in the virtual cockpit and take an up-close tour of all 16 available trim options. To help buyers confirm their color choice, Dodge will provide a complimentary Viper speed form replica so they can confirm their color selections before their Viper is built.
Once the design of the perfect Viper is complete, users can place the vehicle in their own lifestyle environments to preview how their custom Viper GTC will look in the real world.
Users also can share their custom supercar designs with family and friends. Images may be downloaded in various resolutions to share on social media or used as wallpaper on phones, tablets or computers. A PDF file of the image, complete with all technical information selected, can be downloaded -- an especially useful tool for those ready to purchase. Designers can also share their custom Viper on the GTC Inspiration Gallery for other enthusiasts to appreciate and enjoy.

The tunerstravaganza that is the Specialty Equipment Market Association’s annual show (SEMA) will soon be upon us, running November 4-7 in Las Vegas. Among the first of the major manufacturers to preview its full onslaught for the show, Chrysler today gives us a sneak peek at several concept vehicles, including examples from Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Fiat. Filling a huge 15,345-square-foot exhibit in the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Chrysler display will house numerous enhancements to a large segment of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles brand portfolio performed by Mopar.
Thus far, no details on the vehicles themselves have been released, but the vehicles to show off modifications from Mopar include the Poison Dart R/T Concept, Viper ACR Concept, Challenger T/A Concept, Fiat Abarth Scorpion, Chrysler 200S Mopar Concept, Dodge Charger Mopar Concept, Fiat 500L Custom, Jeep Renegade Trailhawk Frostbite, Renegade Limited Rip Tide, Ram ProMaster, and Ram 2500 Outdoorsman.
The Poison Dart R/T Concept, Challenger T/A Concept, Fiat Abarth Scorpion, and, naturally, the Viper ACR Concept should all hold a great deal of interest for the enthusiast—particularly if any of the concepts nod toward future production variants.

POWERPLANT: I think that now that the EVO is no longer, this NEEDS to be the competition against the STI's. Therefore I like the idea of taking the 2.4L Multi-air engine and giving it a little bore to make it a 2.5L Turbo engine to be in the same class as the STI making around the proposed 300hp and 300tq. The current STI is pushing 305hp and 290tq so I think that they will compliment eachother well, and the rivalry between Boxer vs. Multi-Air can begin! Bigger injectors to accommodate mods and not lean out, more powerful fuel pump, SRT tuned PCM, AWD obviously that has been announced but it is a necessity! Possibly taking some of the new Cherokee AWD tech and making it more performance geared. Transmission, this should remain a 6 speed manual, but not the same manual trans, a beefier trans with more holding capacity for mods and at least a clutch that can handle 450hp out of the box. There will be a HUGE market if all of these powerplant options are implemented and this DSRT becomes an STI competitor.
EXTERIOR: obviously and upgrade all around, a facelift with bigger air inlets, vented hood, front mount intercooler still (please not a top mount) led running lights, hids standard, dry carbon fiber accents ie. front lip, mirrors etc. widened fenders with possibly integrated vents for brake cooling for a better stance with wider tires like a 245/40r18 or 19, brembo calipers of course, since that seems to be the SRT caliper of choice, thinking a 4-6 piston front and a 4 piston rear, center exit exhaust, duckbill type spoiler in dry carbon, low profile antenna, rear roof diffuser, dry carbon rear diffuser with vented mesh sides. Side skirts body color with dry carbon fiber inserts or canards.
INTERIOR: I imagine that the interior will stay the same basic design of the current Dart since I don't believe it to be a complete overhaul but things that need to be added include, Carbon fiber instrument cluster surround, vent bezels, door trim mouldings, shifter surround. Integrated boost gauge like the NSRT had near the driver side center vent. Leather/suede racing style seats with SRT stitched into the seat backs,
