Purchasing a Dart SE soon!
I am looking for a commuter car to drive to work so I can keep the miles off of my 2013 Camry, I was leaning towards the Chevy Spark and I'm now thinking because a couple days ago on my way home from work I stopped by the Dodge dealer and looked at a Dart SE, I was looking at a Citrus Peel Dart Rallye with the 1.4L and DDCT back in November before I got my 2013 Camry on Jan.10th! I was wanting to know if anyone on here has an SE model and how they like it.

Sell that Camry and go get the Citrus Peel!! lol

Why do you need to keep miles off a Camry? They run forever. Why do you want such a low end model if that is what you drive in traffic all day?

I love the Camry... LOL!! I am keeping the Camry and getting the Dart for the commuter and workhorse! haha... I'm looking at the Blue Streak SE automatic, decent car for the price!

O.o - I don't think I've ever seen someone that actually "loves" their Camry. Usually it's just an appliance to them. lol
That said - keeping the miles down on the Camry will keep the resale value up (shrug).. but that means you're considering selling it, eventually. xD

I actually love my Camry its a 2013 SE 4 cylinder, you may think I'm crazy, but the Camry is decently fun to drive, it has paddle shifters and the sport suspension with the sport tuned steering. I got my dads Toyota employee discount, so I couldn't pass up that amazing deal! It has everything... Sunroof, Leather/ultrasuede, smart key, Entune with navigation, Blind spot monitor with lane keep assist and rear cross path detection! The Dart is going to be a basic SE since it will be the workhorse and the commuter, has enough amenities for the commute. I'm just asking if there is anyone on here that has an SE model and how they like it.

Is it also "grounded to the ground"..just kidding.
Welcome to the forum if you do buy or even if you don't. I'm not a fan of Toyota's appliances mostly (save for the FRS/BRZ twins) and this is honestly my first time hearing someone say they love their Camry outside of a Toyota advertisement

I did not realize that the 'yotas came with cross-path detection like our Chryslers do. In fact I can't even find anything on google when i search 'cross path detection'.
The dart has almost all the features you mentioned in your Camry too, and then some.. (i think the suede is the only thing not in the Dart). I'm still kind of puzzled as to why you would have a Camry as the "weekend car", but (shrug) to each his own; I'd personally trade in the Camry & get a topped' out Limited, but then again, I'm a bit partial. lol

I think I might be getting it... still considering a Chevy Spark LS automatic though. The night I looked at the Dart, me and my girlfriend were going to go drive the Spark and we figured that we would get the Spark that night. As soon as I got to the Dodge dealer I called her and told her that we weren't going to get the Spark just yet because I wasn't sure. Tonight when I get off at 4, we are going to head down to the Chevy and Dodge dealer and see which one we like best. Lol
