She got the ATS 2.0L Premium in silver coast metallic, after I told her NO lol I told her to get the new 2013 Avalon, but she insisted getting the ATS, and we stopped by the Dodge dealer again tonight and drove the base Dart, It's very livable for my 105 mile each way commute, I told the salesman I saw the racetrack tail lights on the SE on the Dodge website as a Mopar accessory and he said that I could get it installed on the SE!!! Hopefully we sign papers on Tuesday!

Cool! As you know, its definitely possible to pay the aftermarket 200'n change to get the tails; it takes about a half hour to install. Congrats on the near future-buy

Thanks!! haha but I hope I get it by Tuesday. Do you think the 2.0L will hold up to the 210 mile a day commute? We have the Dart for an overnight drive. So far so good! Who else has an SE on here?
-
Easily. You take care of it, it'll take care of you
So far the 2L's have had very few problems that needed factory correction.

Lol... I hope so, I have had the Camry for 8 days and already have 3200 miles on it. I had a 2010 Camry before the 2013 and I had 163k on it, I had NO problems with it at all. The salesman said he would rather have the 2.0... and he said the biggest seller is the SE because the college kids get them.

Hhhmmm, interesting. Here in central Cali, the popular seller is the 1.4t. I've only seen these on the road. No 2Ls.

Yeah the college kids get a lot of the SE and SXT's, he said the 1.4L is a good seller, he said they order the 2L's for that reason and only have 1 or 2 turbos on the lot at a time. That being said, there are 3 Universities about 10 miles east and like 4-5 community colleges around the area. We are actually thinking of moving about 20 miles closer...

I like the long drive in my Camry, the Dart SE I think will be ideal for the commute? I wish I knew people on here who had a Dart SE. I drove a Citrus Peel Rallye with the DDCT back in November when I was looking to replace the 2010 Camry, didn't like the buzzy noise. then I drove the 2.0 Rallye and liked it a lot better. Then last night we drove the SE and it is definitely livable for the commute. Who on here drives an SE???
