I have read the Mopar '13 came with a "customer care pack" that came in a black leather case. Did they fold on this because the dealer doesn't know and I'm at the dealership now or do you have to contact Dodge? Thanks in advance for any help and information you can offer me.
I had to call Chrysler customer service and after about 30 mins bouncing from dept to dept I finally got a person who helped me out! My dealer called me today and said my package is on it's way to me. Dodge sent my package to them and they are forwarding it to me, you have to call em if you want it
I had to call Dodge and tell them I will return the car if I did not get it in 3 days. The District Manager hand delivered it to me at the dealer. It took over 30 Days. My feeling with Dodge is they just want your money.
Is everyone supposed to get one of these welcome kits? Or just mopar edition owners? I know that there are ones made for specifically for mopar editions but is there one for regular dart owners that I was supposed to get ?
Should I contact my dealer before I contact Chrysler or should I just contact Chrysler direct? I would hate to have to go back to the dealer to get the kit as they are over 100 miles away from where I live.
I contacted my dealer first about my owner's kit but they had no idea what I was talking about so I called Chrysler and they had the region rep for the dealership contact me and he shipped it to me. The region rep has the kits for cars in his region.
I called the dealer today and spoke to the salesman that i dealt with when I bought my M13. He checked and the dealer has the kit. He is sending it to me. We will see how long that takes and if it is the right one.
