I've been searching through the forum for advice on how to remove the dealer badge from the car without damaging the paint. Sorry if this has been covered before but I couldn't find it. Suggestions?
Yeah you cant have a label that says Green on a Black car. It will confuse us elders.
I removed my Quirk souvenir in about a minute. They jammed it below the Dart label and it looked horrrrible.
Mine never came with a dealer badge, just the dealer license plate frames. I offered to keep the dealer frames on my car for $30 a month advertising for them. They declined, so I removed the dealer frames.

Ya, what they said. I use fishing line and WD-40 then wax it after.
I don't understand why these dealers think it's OK to add that crap to cars. They do not do this in California that I am aware of but it is prevalent in many other states I see. More confusing is Why people leave them on for years without any pay for the free advertising.. They look like crapola

Thanks my peeps. Fishing line did the trick. Knew I could find my answer here.
I dislike them and part of my negotiations is how much they are willing to pay me to have it on the car. So far they never seem to get on the car. I once refused to accept delivery when they had put one on. It came off fast. Make sure it is written up in the sales contract that you do not want a sign to CYA.
Mine is lopsided and one of the letters is turned 90 degrees. been too cold to remove. Dont have access to electrial outlet. So now that it is warm it is coming off.
