Yes, they make electronic turbos and superchargers but they require some work to get them in. They are driven off a switch, and they tell you not to run it full time because it will burn out very quickly. Personally, I think we may have to wait a year before we see those type of performance upgrades. Additionally trans-coolers and what now.
My Rallye 2.0 had a trans cooler from the factory. It had to be replaced after my accident.
Never ever waste your money on anything that is electronic turboed or supercharged. That is the biggest waste that there is.

With the deals right now on Darts I would just go talk to the dealer about trading in your 2.0 for a 1.4T. I just bought a 1.4T SXT for $19,1XX including the expensive DDCT option and they gave me a bunch of other perks too. Hear me now, believe me later......
