      Performance mods

      Hey all,

      I have been reading this forum and researching for days now and can't come to a decision as to what mods I want to perform first..

      So far I plan on doing the following upgrades: short ram intake, throttle body, exhaust, short shift, throttle booster (or PCM piggyback?) My questions are essentially, which ones am I better off with doing first? Is there any particular order they need to be done in? Will I sacrifice performance by increasing airflow with messing with the air fuel mixture?

      Any advice from someone who has had experience with this would be greatly appreciated.

      This is just me, but this is the order I'd do things:
      Intake
      Muffler delete (or downpipe if it ever comes out)
      Intercooler pipes (you didn't list this one)
      Throttle body
      Intercooler (didn't list this one either)

      I'm doing the floor mats first! Lol

      CAI would probably b first for me.
      Then a tuner to fix any issues caused by further mods.

      My cars I usually start in this order:

      CAI
      Exhaust
      ECU
      Short Throw Shifter
      No turbo experience

      - factory if you can on the first three as they will play nice together otherwise you can end up at a tuner to tweak ($$$) the car you just screwed up! I bought a chip programmer for my BMW and ended up going back to stock program for best overall performance. I have heard we will be able to order the first three from the factory on GTs. : )

      My list; will be as follows:

      - Tint!
      - Re-badge. [MOVE DART TO CENTER / DELETE ALL ELSE]
      - Weathertec Floormats + Mopar trunk-mat.

      Later on..
      - Intake/Forge Valve
      - Vinyl stripe [MAYBE]
      - Wheels [STOCK DIAMETER; WIDER STANCE]
      - Suspension lower[THE BF WILL HATE THIS. LOL]

      So far the mod that needs a tuner when putting it on is the downpipe. Because of this, it's not available yet as the tuning solutions are still being developed.

      So from what I'm seeing (performance wise lol) is that I can do most mods without worrying about tuning, so I think I'll do CAI followed by exhaust (flowmaster?) then FMIC and piping. I'll wait out on the shifter until I've actually driven the car (pickup is Saturday lol).
