The Dart is marketed like crazy where I live. Seems like every commercial is a Dart commercial. You will only see ads in the region that needs more sales. Ads aren't nationwide all the time. Why advertise in a region where a car is selling very well, when that money can be spent in a region where sales are down with both ads and incentives.
I've seen quite a few Darts (1-2 daily) on my drive (most on the road are semis!) and I've seen a Dart ad when I was watching the NCAAs once. @IU_Mike might be able to confirm this for ads since I barely watch live TV and he lives near me.
Truthfully I do see a lot of dart ads on the tv. Call me a nerd but every Sunday while watching the cosmos I'll see a dart ad. Dodge is one of the sponsors of it in our area. They like to market to the young crowd Ive noticed (which they should, young adults need to be the target audience) whenever a big game is on tv I'll see a commercial. Heck, I just saw one watching the pacers game. It's nice to see and I am seeing a lot more darts on the road. I see at least 3 daily going to and from work
